Diversified Royalty Corp. Announces July 2026 Cash Dividend

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX: DIV, DIV.DB.A and DIV.DB.B) (the 'Corporation” or 'DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02375 per common share for the period of July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026, which is equal to $0.285 per common share on an annualized basis.

The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2026.
