MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Cebu businessman Philip Lo has been appointed head of the Office of the Presidential Assistant for the Visayas (OPAV).
Before his appointment by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Lo served as chairperson of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), the Coast Pacific Group of Companies, and Toyota Mabolo Cebu, Inc.
He took his oath of office at Malacañang Palace on Wednesday, July 8.
