Rigense means the Rigense service, website, platform, applications, data interfaces, and related features. User means any person or entity accessing the Services.
Rigense is a market intelligence and analytics platform for monitoring macroeconomic events, financial news, asset context, positioning, market hours, charts, and AI-assisted interpretations.
Nothing on Rigense constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. Before making any financial decision, conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Financial markets can be volatile, unpredictable, illiquid, and affected by economic data, political events, central bank decisions, liquidity conditions, news, sentiment, and other risks.
Rigense may use artificial intelligence systems to generate explanations, summaries, classifications, market interpretations, and scenario analysis.
Rigense may display data from third-party providers and external systems. Market data, calendar data, forecasts, actual values, historical values, prices, impact ratings, and related interpretations may be delayed, revised, incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, affected by provider outages, or subject to licensing restrictions.

Some Services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Payments may be processed by Stripe or other payment processors. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew according to the checkout terms.
You must not misuse the Services, bypass security controls, overload systems, scrape data without permission, redistribute Rigense content, or use the Services to provide regulated financial advice without proper authorization.
Rigense content, design, interface elements, software, databases, classifications, branding, logos, and data compilations are owned by Rigense, licensed to Rigense, or used with permission unless otherwise stated. Third-party services, links, widgets, APIs, charts, or data remain subject to their own terms and practices.
Rigense may change, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider issues, security incidents, or technical limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigense is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data errors, service interruptions, or decisions made using the Services.
