Rigense may support broker-import workflows where available. Broker imports are intended to be read-only.
Rigense does not execute trades, transmit orders, modify orders, open positions, close positions, withdraw funds, transfer assets, or manage broker accounts.
Depending on the broker, provider, and permissions, imported data may include accounts, balances, positions, transactions, orders, fills, symbols, timestamps, PnL, fees, and related metadata.
Broker-import features may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or limited by broker restrictions, provider outages, API limitations, authentication issues, or user permissions. You are responsible for reviewing imported data and verifying accuracy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Rigense.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Some Rigense features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription pricing, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options may be shown during checkout, inside the billing flow, or in the user account area.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or other payment processors. Rigense does not store full payment card numbers. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the checkout terms. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or cancelled.
Users may cancel their subscription through the available account, billing, or checkout management tools where provided. After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by applicable law.

Rigense content, design, interface elements, software, databases, classifications, branding, logos, data compilations, workflows, and related materials are owned by Rigense, licensed to Rigense, or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Rigense materials without permission, except as allowed by applicable law or expressly permitted by Rigense.
Rigense may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, market data providers, analytics providers, broker-import providers, news providers, AI providers, hosting providers, and other integrations.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and data practices. Rigense is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party errors, outages, delays, or decisions.
Rigense may change, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider issues, security incidents, technical limitations, or other reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rigense is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data errors, delayed data, AI errors, service interruptions, third-party outages, user decisions, account misuse, or decisions made using the Services.
Rigense is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
Rigense may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, creates security risk, fails to pay, engages in abusive behavior, or uses the Services in a way that may harm Rigense, users, systems, or third parties.
